No Returns or Exchanges - The Buyer MUST contact me - the Seller - about Any issues with their order. 

For Example: If a Personalized Item was purchased with your NAME added to it, how can I resell this cup? I can not. It is Personalized.

Most if not all my products are personalized and May NOT Be Perfect - nor without blemish or flaw. I try my best, and Customers Love my work, but I do understand sometimes, issues arise. 

Some of my products takes 1-2 Hours to complete. and I Personally look at each Item before I ship it. Quality is my Top Priority. I want all my customers to have the best quality products my hands can make.
